Customer Service - Front Office

For our significant client, an international company, we are searching for a suitable candidate for a temporary role of Customer Service Specialist with English and German.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will deliver front line customer service to customers, offer customer support as well as will be responsible for problem solving.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be open minded, be a team player and friendly person with orientation on detail and customer. We are looking for a person with very good command of English and German. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
We offer:
Work in a pleasant and friendly international working environment, limited contract for 6 months with possible prolongation, benefits for employees - meal vouchers, sick days. Start date: immediately.
