Administration and finance assistant with German and English
For our client, international company providing wide range of services, we are looking for suitable candidates for position of Administration and finance assistant with German and English.
Responsibilities:
· Being responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions
· Analyzing customer account balances
· Investigating and resolving customer issues in cooperation with other team members
· Providing administrative support and cooperating closely with cash collectors
· Writing off uncollectible balances
· Maintaining bad debt reserves & allowances
· Preparing Accounts Receivable reporting
· Posting and reconciling Accounts Receivable activity to the General Ledger
· Monitoring Existing Customer & Portfolio Credit Risk
· Processing and maintaining customer data
Requirements:
· At lest high school education with previous experience in administration / customer service
· Experience or studies in accounting / finance would be an advantage
· Communicative level of German and English (both written and spoken)
· Very good communication skills (both spoken and written)
· Responsibility and independence, team player
· Reliability and accuracy, ability to work under pressure and to solve urgent matters
· PC skill – especially MS Office, experience with accounting systems is an advantage
· Immediate start preferred
