For our client, stable international company based in Prague, we are searching for suitable candidates for position of Helpdesk Specialist with responsibility for IT support. Combination of English and Dutch is necessary.
Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for 1st line level support by ensuring everyday contact and interaction with internal users, you will receive request and solve various problems related to IT issues, allocate unresolved call to other colleagues or 2nd level support as appropriate and enter all information into system. Your goal will be to provide adequate help and satisfy users’ needs
Requirements:
As a successful candidate you should have education or previous experience in the field of IT (preferably in support, helpdesk) and customer orientation with ability to make a good customer relations. Knowledge of English and Dutch is a must – fluent level is required as you would use both languages on daily bases. Beside, you should be a person that is able to work independently as well as in the team, you should have very good communication skills and strong drive to solve problem.
