HR SPECIALIST WITH TURKISH / ZELU

Four our client, strong international company, we are looking for a suitable candidate for administration position of HR Specialist with Turkish and English.
Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for administration HR and employment matters related mainly to new hires and termination of labour contracts. You will be ensuring updates of employees’ documents, processing personal agenda and data in HR system, communicating with other colleagues – HR, payroll and even participating in process improvement.

Requirements:
Suitable candidate should have ideally bachelor degree (or equivalent or secondary education with adequate working experience), with at least 1 year’s experience in the field of administration (HR experience would be an advantage) and very good level of English and Turkish for everyday communication. We are looking for a responsible, independent and open person that is customer oriented but also strong in communication and cooperation with others. Suitable candidate should also have good organizational skills and should be proactive and positive. Immediate start is preferred. Permanent residency in Czech Republic or work permit is required.
