PROJECT MANAGER / KOVE

FIT OUTS AND RECONSTRUCTIONS ADVANCED KNOWLEADGE OF ENGLISH AND CZECH LANGUAGE Our client international, commercial real estate company is currently seeking a Project manager with minimal 3 years experience from reconstructions and fit-outs, as well as advanced knowledge of English and communicative personality, with business development drive.
Responsibilities will involve:

• Overall management of all construction fit out and refurbishment projects across the Czech
Republic
• Assisting in the expansion of other technical consultancy services
• Negotiations, coordination and management of other consultants, contractors and statutory
authorities.
• Meeting clients, pitching, business winning – both Czech and International clients.
• Project time planning and controlling
• Involvement in the expansion of services offer by the Project & Development Services team,
including Technical Due Diligence, Lender’s Supervision, Planned Maintenance & general
technical consultancy.
• Project financial reporting
• Marketing, including pitches and presentations, preparation of case studies and marketing
materials and involvement in the strategic growth of the department
• Cost monitoring

Required profile:

• University degree in construction
• Good project development knowledge
• Fluency in English and Czech
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Min. 3 years experience in construction
• Communicative and proactive personality
• Experience with business development and marketing activities
• Time management and strong organizational skills
