SENIOR INVESTMENT EXECUTIVE INVESTMENT FUND PRAGUE An Investment Fund is looking to hire a Senior Investment Executive into its growing team to help execute fund investment strategy and asset acquisitions & divestments
Senior Investment Executive will execute the acquisitions & disposals of commercial real estate assets to and from the fund portfolio and from the client´s own portfolio;
help to implement the fund’s investment strategy in CEE countries;
participate in establishing, fundraising for, and managing real estate fund

Candidate profile:
7-9 years work experience in one of the areas:
· M&A / financial advisory
· investment banking
· real estate investments
· private equity
· asset management

Skills desired – M&A or real estate transaction experience essential, ability to execute real estate asset acquisition or disposal necessary. Background from professional transaction advisors (ie Big 4 or RICS member) considered a plus.

Fluent English language capabilities crucial

Remuneration:
Base salary + bonuses to attract the right talent with prospect to gain share in the fund’s performance carry; company car
