ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST WITH EXCELLENT ENGLISH

Our client, a well-established financial institution, is currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of an Assistant/Receptionist.
The Assistant/Receptionist will be responsible for the daily communication with clients in Czech and in English, arranging of business meetings, conferences and business travels, supporting the General Manager, administrative support to entire organisation, short translations. The Assistant/ Receptionist will be also responsible for smooth reception run – handling phone calls and emails, managing the correspondence, providing the refreshment and service delivery to the clients, operative tasks solving.
We require a native Czech speaker with proficient and fluent English in both written and oral form (previous stay in a foreign country is an advantage), excellent PC skills and secondary school education. The successful candidate has to have representative appearance and demeanour, has to be reliable, accurate, independent, friendly and with great communication skills.
