HR MANAGER CR&SR / LXS

We are looking for an experienced HR MANAGER for independent role based in Prague.
You will act as a Business Partner to local Management and provide advice and guidance in all aspects related to people management, talent development and management. Further you will provide advice and guidance on all aspects of employment law and maintain and develop local HR policies and ensure compliance with global policies. HR Manager will develop strong and effective team relationship with HR specialists and from time to time participate in global projects and support implementation of global HR initiatives. Part of agenda will be also HR administration as communication with external payroll provider and updating personnel files and contracts.
Suitable candidate will have at least Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent, minimum of 4-5 years working experience in an international environment in independent HR Management role. Excellent English knowledge and native Czech language, very good knowledge of local employment legislation, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, very good interpersonal skills, flexible and open-minded personality, ability to work in a matrix environment.
