CONTRACT MANAGER FOR INTERNATIONAL COMPANY For our client, we are looking for experience candidate for Contract Manager role based in Prague. Main responsibilities will be review, interpretation, drafting and negotiation of contract terms and conditions for assigned customer accounts. Suitable candidate will also act as Partner for Sales Management based both in Czech Republic and abroad to minimize the impact of customer directed contract changes and enforces agreed objectives and standards. Candidate will also identify and mitigate risks connected with non-standard conditions, develop strong working relationships ensuring high customer satisfaction, ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures applicable to contracting and contract management. Contract Manager uses six sigma / lean methodologies to reduce inefficiencies and improve responsiveness of contracts processes.
Requirements for this role are Bachelor's degree in business or related field with five to seven years of experience, Masters or Law degree preferred, comprehensive knowledge of or experience in commercial contract management principles including legal, procurement, accounting requirements, international contracting laws (international, Anglo-American and major EU member countries) and negotiations.

From a suitable candidate we expect sound business judgment and analytical skills, excellent communication skills. At the same time very good command of the English language, both verbal and written, including knowledge of legal and business terminology and native Czech knowledge, other foreign language is a plus. Strong problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to identify and implement process improvements; demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities; ability to develop and implement innovative and creative solutions to address issues in a dynamic environment; Six Sigma or other Total Quality concept knowledge preferred; ability to coach, develop and motivate at both an individual and team level. Sound knowledge of and experience with MS Office products.
