COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SPECIALIST INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL COMPANY For our client, a middle sized growing international company based in Prague, weare looking for a candidate with 5 years of experience in Compensation&Benefits area, Payroll agenda. This is newly created role and will be part of current HR team. Main tasks will be to ensure monthly payroll processes to be performed on an accurate and timely manner, provide expert payroll consulting on payroll initiatives, maintain nowledge of legal requirements and regulations affecting payroll and social security , handle and set strategic direction employee benefits programmes, identify potential benefits providers and keep relationships with them, negotiate rates and claims procedures. Review market surveys and salary benchmark analysis of relevant compensation & benefits information , advise HR, Management and Employees on all sorts of compensation & benefits topics, provide responses and data for external and internal audits.
The ideal candidate has an extensive local compensation & benefits experience and has worked minimum 5 years in HR Services, payroll and the administration of benefits and compensation programmes preferably in an international environment. Candidate will have deep knowledge of local social security and fiscal regimes, very good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, high level of initiative and flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required, ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously. We are expecting team spirit and collaborative working style, very good PC skills - knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage, advanced English knowledge and native Czech, German language skills would be an asset.
