For our client - Czech branch of the international company - we are looking for an experienced IT specialist / technician. You will be responsible for technical support to end-users and 3 production/assembly lines, installations, testing and maintenance.
Job description:
- plant IT support (production systems, LAN, PC, servers, printers, PBX)
- backup completeness checking
- regular testing of IT systems
- installation of new HW and SW components
- end user support
- ensure continual function of IT services and systems (shift pattern)
- documentation of all IT systems and services according to internal IT rules
- coordinate external IT suppliers
- cooperation in IT processes improvement
Requirements:
- university/secondary school graduate -technical orientation
- IT experience in production company
- OS Windows Server knowledge - mandatory
- knowledge of management and installation of active network components
- SQL knowledge
- active in problem/task solution
- English language - communicative level
- Unix/Linux OS knowledge, PERL programming is an advantage
- continually increase the level of knowledge about IT systems and services
