Customer Services Representative - English&French

For our client, international company providing software solutions, we are currently looking for a suitable candidates for the role of Customer Service Representative – English and French.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support for all company´s application for mainly external customers
- Resolving customers issue without escalation
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Documenting all request through the CRM system
- Providing general assistance to other teams
- Conducting all customer interactions in respectful, fair, gracious and knowledgeable way
Requirements:
- University degree
- Interest in computer hardware and software applications
- Experience with multicultural enviroment
- Friendly and open personality with helpful attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English AND French
