Our client is one of the largest and most respected holiday rental accommodation agencies in Europe, based in Switzerland with offices in many European countries. The worldwide operating company in tourism sector is now looking for new colleague to the Prague office for position of Customer Service Specialist with English and German.
Job description
• Answering e-mails and phone calls, processing booking and reservations
• Preparing individual holiday offers
• Managing customer requests with the partner on destination
• Follow up clients' online bookings
• Collections
Requirements:
• Native English speaker only - British
• Strong team player
• Previous working experience in customer service
• Sales and service orientation
• Flexibility (possible shifts routine and weekends)
• Very good communication skills
• Good MS Office knowledge
