Ideal candidate should meet these requirements:
- be in charge of hotel relationships in Czech Republic
- client portfolio development – built strong and long term relationships with clients and customers
- be involved in both inbound and outbound sales development, based around e-mail, phone, web site, etc.
- focus on regular telephone contacts and e-mail exchange with our company partners
- communicate business activities, which are mainly realised under international central office
- motivate and maintain a high morale and culture of success for the inside sales team
- you will help the sales and marketing teams abroad analyse the market and decide on sales campaigns to maximize new pipeline
Skills & Experience
- excellent command of English and Czech languages - both written and spoken
- very good communication skills, both over-the-phone and in writing
- strong negotiation skills, strong orientation on results and strategic goals
- hotel industry experience/knowledge
- excellent time-management skills
- MS Office skills
- ability to work in a team a work under pressure
- ability to create, interpret and action upon reports
