Our client, an international retail company, is searching for a candidate on a position of Regional Finance Controller who will be mainly responsible for planning and budgeting, credit and collection, process improvement, managing people and resources, leading middle-sized team of 2 to3 people, delivering solutions focusing on integrity of financial data that goes to the European US, Country and functional Management, monitoring cash management and covering communication with banks
This position requires active, result oriented and well organized personality with drive and strong analytical thinking, structured performance and with very good communication and presentation skills.
Successful candidate will have University education in area of Finance and Economy, fluent English and Czech, advanced level of Excel, relevant, 4 and more years long experience in financial planning and audit ideally from international retail or FMCG company. Successful candidate will also be responsible for providing in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to the different functions as a business partner, supporting Regional FD, participating on financing and investment planning.
Travelling to CEE countries in the region (10%).
