Our client is a real estate development firm focusing on development of office buildings and shopping centres in Central Europe.
We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for letting and asset management of their portfolio.
Letting and Asset Manager will present the projects to new tenants, lead negotiations and maintain relationship with already existing as well as new tenants.
The role will also consist of close cooperation with property managers as well as regular reports writing.
Essential requirements:
Experience in letting of office or retail spaces - min 2 years is essential
Fluent Czech and English
Strong knowledge of the Czech real estate market.
