PROPERTY INVESTMENT EXCELLENT CAREER OPPORTUNITY PRAGUE A well established international real estate consultancy is seeking to recruit an Investment Agent to strengthen their Prague team. The main purpose of the position will be to provide professional advice to clients in support of instructions managed by Associates and Directors and contribute to fee, billing and profit targets.and to assist in the implementation of services that enable clients to maximise the investment potential of their commercial property.
The Investment Agent will directly report to Head of Investment and will be responsible for development of Graduates or Admin Support team member.

The role will consist of the following parts:

Clients & Marketing

Maintain client relationships and act as liaison with clients on specific projects Ensure professional advice is provided thoroughly, accurately and within set deadlines
Deliver activities and projects within client expectations (e.g. time, quality)
Keep the marketing database up to date indicating potential clients, transactions done, etc
Consult internally and externally to help identify optimum solutions for clients
Where vendor mandates are secured, to implement the agreed strategy for the disposal in a professional and efficient manner. This shall include coordinating an effective marketing strategy
Attend and participate in regular investment group meetings.
Assist in all due diligence work for both acquisitions and disposals to otherwise service our existing client base as instructed.
Assist in valuations relevant to investment solutions
Manage and liaise with site teams and other professionals to provide a full service to the client
Develop internal and external network for business pipeline/opportunities.
Collaborates with all areas of the business to deliver a seamless service to clients
Identify key business opportunities

Profit & finance
Contribute to meeting overall departmental fee/billing target
Ensure client disbursements are recharged to the client Ensure timesheets are up-to-date and reflective of current work


People & Team
Proactively seek and undertake on the job and formal developmental activities to broaden experience and knowledge
Achieve annual objectives set within performance review
Coach graduates
Positive feedback from team members/peers/clients etc with regard to completion of tasks/projects etc.


The Investment Agent will have

Practical experience in real estate consultancy firm, real estate financing, valuation or property investment
University Degree (legal, valuation or finance background)
Competent with ARGUS investor software, Circle Developer and/or Circle Investor (software)
Good negotiation skills
Good numerical skills, common sense and genuine interest in real estate
Ability to understand the context of contracts
Strong, confident personality
Excellent English
Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to role
Detailed knowledge of legislation and case law relevant to role
Knowledge of the real estate industry sector
Negotiation skills
Demonstrable understanding of market and local knowledge
General surveying/consulting skills – e.g. landlord-tenant knowledge, valuations, rating, etc.
Demonstrable understanding of business development and client relationship management
Presentation and report writing skills
Advanced IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Internet)
