IT SUPPORT 1ST LEVEL WITH LANGUAGES / ZELU

For our important client, international company, we are looking for suitable candidates for position of 1st level IT support with English and German or French or Italian or Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibility will be to provide 1st level support and technical assistance for end users (employees) within EMEA region, over the phone or e-mail. You will be in daily contact with users, responding to their requests and solving various issues. Part of your job will be logging information into tracking system and escalating unsolved issues to 2nd level support (not in Prague) to ensure effective and on time solutions.
Requirements:
For this position it’s not necessary to have a long working experience, rather to be professional, customer oriented, good in communication, to have interest in IT and good language skills. Very good level of English and one of the following languages is required - German or French or Italian or Spanish. Previous experience in customer / IT support would be an advantage. We are looking for an independent and responsible candidate with strong communication and presentation skills – ability to listen as well as summarize problems. Suitable candidate should be proactive, with positive attitude and willingness to help others, should be also able to follow internal procedures and manage high pressure situations.
