Payroll Specialist - Polish

For our client, international company, we are looking for Payroll Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination and direction to clients on roles and responsibilities in the payroll processing service model
- Manage payroll processing schedule and ensure deadlines are met
- Reconcile payroll results and perform audit checks as per client agreements
- Manage the client to ensure timely signoff on Payroll results
- Test and validate change results and obtain signoff from client
- Co-ordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues
- Provide consultative advice to clients on payroll changes Experience/Skills:- Secondary school or High school diploma
We require:
- Good PC skills
- Very good command of Polish language
- Good command of English language (Knowledge of Czech language is not required)
- Experience in payroll or accounting, knowledge of French payroll is a +
- SAP user is a +
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze problems through effective customer interaction and communication
- Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met
- Capability in effectively managing and meeting client expectations
- Strong self initiative and highly motivated individual
