The role is to ensure uninterrupted supply of healthcare products to hospitals and pharmacies by:
• Control, supervision and management of customer orders
• Tasks and problems solving, answering to customers inquiries, resolving problems reported
• Administration related to statistics and databases W We are looking for candidates who find the above appealing, motivational and aligned with their career plan.
We require:
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in French and English
• Accuracy and ability to perform under time pressure
• Stress resistance with positive attitude
• Computer skills to an advanced level
• Minimum secondary school education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Customer Service environment
