INTERNATIONAL COMPANY BASED IN PRAGUE 5
For our client, a small international company, we are looking for a SALES ADMIINISTRATOR, a suitable candidate will speak English fluently as this is company´s working language, native Czech.
Main responsibilities will be providing assistance in the production of documentation for both standard and non standard contracts as requested by sales people, creation and submission of contract proposals and tracking through the system, ensuring accurate and prompt customer billing, checking all supplier invoices received and approved in line with the approval checklist, to ensure the data is accurate and conforms to the contract in place, maintaining an up to date knowledge of all Company Products, working in conjunction with all departments to resolve issues and enhance relations, any other duties as determined from time to time by the Sales Administrator and Manager.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as Sales Support/Sales Assistant for minimum 1-2 years, native Czech speaker and advanced in English. High school degree, someone able to organise him/herself, to follow processes and to define priorities. We are looking for person with excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with the local team, and on the phone with external contacts (Group, customers, suppliers, etc).
