Customer Service Representative / KRLU

For our client, a large international company, we are looking for suitable candidates for position of Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be the first client contact point responsible for providing excellent service to the customers. This position requires the individual to take ownership of customer requirements on daily basis and an understanding of complex processes needed to provide the customer with achieving a desirable outcome.

Requirements:
Our client requires at least secondary school education, previous customer services experience is an advantage. The ability to multitask and excellent communication skills is a must. Good PC skills and fluency in English is expected.
