Our client, legal company is a full-service law firm with more than 100 legal professionals in Prague, Ostrava (Czech Republic), in Bratislava (Slovakia) and Budapest (Hungary). Company provides its multinational and domestic clients with professional services of the highest caliber in the full range of banking, financial, commercial, corporate, labor, M&A, property and tax matters.
Currently seeking PR Specialist based at Prague with responsibilities:
PR of Client, communication with journalists, media relationships
Story placement - it is essential that company is represented in all Czech related features in the law/financial/economical trade press, local news stories where they have an involvement
Ideas generation - proactive development of key themes, feature ideas, news management and event opportunities/organisation
preparation of PR strategy
preparation, implementation and control of the marketing plan
control of the marketing budget for individual countries in cooperation with finance team
preparation of marketing materials for media, partners and clients
control of media, editorial plans and price lists
conferences monitoring, coordination of participation of P3 representatives in partnerships and sponsorships,
competition monitoring, third party agents reports monitoring
partners and Clients´ clients monitoring, communication and correspondence with clients
direct mailing, media monitoring,
company and business events organisation (presentations, exhibitions, events),
press releases & external and internal newsletters preparation and translation,
website statistics monitoring, website updates,
We require:
2+ years experience in Public Relations
Excellent spoken and written English & Czech languages
Very good communication and organisational skills
Highly motivated and results driven
Any other foreign language is a plus
Knowledge of law/economical/financial is a big advantage
