HEAD OF RETAIL LETTING FOR THE CZECH REPUBLIC
MANAGERIAL POSITION
BASED IN PRAGUE
Our client is one of the world´d biggest player in the field letting of commercial properties, investment, valuation as well as project management. For their office in Prague they are looking for an experienced professional to manage department of Retail Letting.
As a Head of Retail Letting you will be responsible for :
- Business development
- Establishing and maintaining relationship with property developers/investors, already existing as well as potential tenants
- Dealing with VIP clients
- Letting of shopping centres
- Negotiating Terms of Business
- Managing a team of Agents
- Their development and supervision.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years ´´hands on ´´ experience in letting of shopping centres
- Excellent knowledge of the Czech real estate market
- Commercial awareness
- Experience with team management
- Fluent English and Czech
- Strong negotiation skills
- Drivers license
