For our client we are looking for active, precise and analytically thinking candidates to provide a technical/application support of financial systems, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite products.
Responsibilities:
functional and 2nd level support of internal financial applications / systems
cooperation with technical team in India
participate in projects related to finance applications
set targets and action plans to minimize business impact
testing with users, help changes to be introduced to production
technical support for Oracle Financial Analyzer and Horizon
on call support service (24/7)
Requirements:
application support working experience
knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (or willingness to learn it quickly)
knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL advantage
knowledge of UNIX is advantage
analytical thinking
communication skills
advanced to fluent English
