HR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST WITH GERMAN / ZELU

For our client, international company based in Prague, we are looking for suitable candidates for the position of HR customer service specialist with English and Germah. The main role will be to provide support in HR activities.
Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for registering changes within HR activities into the various administration system, ensuring data look up, processing emails, cooperating with the Core HR Administration Team, providing feedback for process improvements, identifying and escalating complex issues to supervisor, supporting other team members in their daily activities.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate should have secondary or university education and fluent level of German and English. We are looking for a person with very good communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently as well as with the team, ability to learn and use efficiently different computer systems. Suitable candidate should also have customer orientation, analytical thinking and positive and proactive attitude.
