Responsibilities:
In this job you will be responsible for recruitment of IT specialists and management for a variety of different clients, ranging from large corporate clients to small SMEs. Your role is a balance of recruitment activity; attracting, assessing and recommendation of quality IT candidates, as well as sales; attracting new clients to the Hays brand and providing excellent key account management to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

We require:
• University education from IT or Economic background
• Solid background/knowledge of IT is preferred
• Ideal candidates will have two years of competitive recruitment experience already
• A strong, target orientated personality is required for this position
• Excellent communication skills
• Track record in business development
• Excellent work management skills
• Native Czech speaker, fluent English (daily communication)
• Team spirit, team player essential
