Senior Test Specialist/Test Manager
Main tasks:
*Management of projects in testing phase
*Management of testing team
*Overall management and coordination of test design, preparation and execution
*Subcontractors’ management
*Communication and negotiation with customer
*Applies senior test methodology knowledge in order to prepare / maintain test strategy, describe and enforce test process, identify test approaches etc.
*Test reporting to customer
*Review of subcontractors’ plans and test documentation
*Test plans review
Required skills
*Test planning, test management, test analysis, test design and test execution
*Testing Tools (Rational is advantage)
*MS Project
*Technical skills – programming skills, SQL, PL/SQL
*SAP knowledge is advantage
Required experience
* 5+ years professional IT experience
* 3+ years in testing area
*Public sector experience advantage
*Telco industry experience advantage
*Management of team of IT specialists within SDLC, preferably testing phase
* Very good English
* Fluent Czech/Slovak
