For our significant client, an international company based in Prague, we are looking for suitable candidates for position of Technical Support with English language.
Your new role
Your main goal on this position will be providing daily IT Assistance to the internal customers, problem solving and processing all requests according to internal policies, standards and timely manners.
Your main responsibilities will be solving requests for support from internal customers in a professional manner with strong focus on a quality and client satisfaction, allocating unresolved issues according to the internal escalation procedures, taking responsibility for the communication with users from the start till the end of the problem solving case, searching documentation and previous requests for assistance on related topics to establish possible solutions to calls, maintaining all information and data in a tracking system and reporting up to date and accurate inventory information on the organization’s IT assets.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate has previous experience in the 1st level of Technical Support position, good communication skills and excellent level of English (both written and spoken). He/She should be able to work from Sunday to Thursday (free days on Friday and Saturday).
