CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH PORTUGUESE OR SPANISH / ZELU

For our client, strong international company (medical devices) with office in Prague, we are looking for suitable candidates for customer service role – Customer Service Representative with English and Portuguese or Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Main goal at this position is customer satisfactions. You would be responsible for complex customer order management which includes working with both internal contacts and external customers, processing all orders and customer requests accurately and on time. You would be solving various customer enquiries related to products, product availability and other general information. In case of more technical request you should ensure its escalation and follow up. Besides, you would work with customer information system and put all necessary information into the database. As a part of the small team you should also cooperate with others and provide support to other colleagues in the team.
Requirements:
Suitable candidate should have preferably university degree, at least 2 years previous experience in a customer service preferably in bigger international company and very good level of Spanish or Portuguese (native like level, preferably combination of both) with advanced knowledge of English. We are looking for a dynamic and flexible person with customer orientation, very good communication and organizational skills and ability to handle multi-task activities in fast international environment. Suitable candidate should be independent, responsible, very good in work with PC and information systems, able to solve various unexpected situation and occurred problems and able to work under pressure.
