Our client is the leading European airline group which offering one of the largest global worldwide network and jointly created one the strongest airline group on the Czech Market. Currently seeking new colleague, Key Account Manager base at Prague who will be in charge of his firm portfolio’s sales, and if relevant, direct sales corporate accounts.
Under the company commercial policy and the annual sales targets set by the regional managements and the Sales Manager the main objectives are:
To develop a customer portfolio in terms of company revenue, market share and sales lead for the best return on investment.
To carry out intelligence over local competition practices and pass on information accordingly.
To guarantee that compny targets in terms of revenue, market share and sales lead generation are met.
To guarantee the development of customer loyalty.
To ensure a quality of service and commercial follow-up.
Amid a highly competitive environment, boosting both company sales, improving our market share while retaining and developing customer loyalty are key to success.

The Key Account Manager works closely with Indoor Sales; the quality of this relationship depends strongly on his/her ability to delegate the commercial follow up after visits along with the performing of commercial tasks.
The Account Manager also works closely with all members of the sales team, the local marketing team & regional marketing ¨
Requirements for application:
University/college degree
Proven track record in sales and business development – at least 3 years’ experience (airline industry is advantage)
Fluent Czech and English, French being an advantage
Energetic and positive thinker – with confident and determined approach
Strong, performance oriented personality with analytical skills
Excellent customer service and account management skills to build strong business partnerships
Logical and structured personality with a passion for sales
Self-motivation to work with challenge
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Skills to work both independently and as part of a team
Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
