Help Desk Agent with German / KRLU

For our client, international company providing various services to the external clients, we are looking for Help Desk Agent with English and German.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage queries over the phone and by e-mail. This role will act as the key interface between the Financial Shared Service Centre and the client or any other third party. He/she will be responsible for communication with suppliers and clients, logging all the requests received by telephone and e-mail, solving the request and forwarding them to the accounting team. Responsible for closing the requests and measuring the statistics.
Requirements:
Our client prefers candidates with high school education or university degree with good command of German and Englsih. Customer oriented person with stress resistance is a must as well as goof knowledge of MS Office.
