Our client is a middle sized Czech IT company based in Plzen. This client is currently searching Finance Manager who will lead a small team of 2 accountants. Stable and loyal Finance Controller / Manager should come from similar type of company.
Key purpose of this role is to prepare the organization for future development.
On this position you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, planning, cash flow monitoring, tax optimalization and communication with external finance authorities.
Important requirement for this role is university degree in Economics and at least 5-6 years of complex finance experience – accounting and controlling.
He/she should be a solid partner for management regarding strategic decisions.
Ideal candidate needs to speak good English and fluent Czech.
Significant communication and presentation skills are necessary.
We are looking for stable, proactive and independent personality.
This position is fully based in Plzen without possibility of home office.
