INTERNAL CONTROL MANAGER – TZM

Our client, well known bank, is currently looking to fill the role of Internal Control Manager for their Prague-based office.
This is a newly established role.
On this role you will lead a middle sized of 10-20 people.
A successful candidate will support the audit function to give the company Board risk based independent assurance of the effectiveness of company internal controls, identify potential control weaknesses, and make recommendations to mitigate related risks.
You will cooperate closely with Financial Controlling unit.
You will be responsible for operating expenses within the budget.
You will deal with other departments e.g. legal, compliance, internal audit etc.
Goal is clear identification of improvement opportunities, making recommendation for optimising business processes and further development of good and best practice.
A suitable candidate will be a professional with 5-7 years of experience in:
- Internal audit of international bank,
- External audit at Big4 company.
He or she must be an independent, responsible and result-driven individual with very strong managerial and interpersonal skills.
We need strong personality with healthy ambitious.
Excellent grasp of the English language is essential.
