Main tasks of successful candidate will be to provide analytical support to the global compensation & benefits center, to contribute in preparing annual salary review reports and analyse compensation data and policies. You will be responsible for running the audit reports and cooperate with salary benchmarking.
An ideal candidate should have at least bachelor degree holder and has relevant experience in compensation and benefits area in a similar position. We are looking for a well organized person with high level of understanding Excel and MS Office package. Fluent English and Czech is a must.
