Our client, strong international company, we are looking for experience candidate that will be responsible for Communication and Change management strategies within shared service centre. Fluent English is required, German is a plus.
Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for developing and executing a specific communication and also change management strategies and implement activities on global level. That will require the coordination of all communication activities in the region and transition countries to assure the proper and consistent implementation. You will be supporting the transition projects from the communication point of view, supporting the exchange of information with other colleagues especially with transition managers. You will be also processing controlling and reporting activities, all related to communication and change management.
Requirements:
Suitable candidate have a university degree preferably in business or economics and at least three years’ experience in Communication and Change Management position, ideally within shared service centre, knowledge and experience in project management is also required as well as fluent level of English, German would be a big advantage. We are looking for an independent person with strong communication skills and orientation into result and quality. Suitable candidate is also innovative, flexible and change oriented.
