MANAGER FOR OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

For our client, strong international company, we are looking for a senior candidate with experience in project management, ideally within shared services and with very good level of English for managerial position of Operational Project Manager
Responsibilities
You would be responsible for establishing and leading Operational Excellence, for defining and implementing process and operational unification and standardization, for harmonization of project management competencies, methodologies and reporting system. Furthermore you will be ensuring standardized processes and tools to manage performance and quality monitoring; you will drive and support the smooth and professional transition and transformation activities and directly managing Project Managers and other Specialists.
Requirements
Suitable candidate has an experience (at least 4 – 5 years) in project management and in leading a team of specialists and project managers and has experience with setting up or implementing new processes or covering transition activities, ideally within shared services. We are looking for a candidate with a strong personality, very good communication and presentation skills, ability to lead a team and make decisions. Suitable candidate has also very good level of English; German would be a big advantage.
