OPPORTUNITY for FRENCH and ENGLISH SPEAKERS in IT AREA, no previous work experience nor Czech needed!!!
For our customer, important international copany we are looking for suitable candidate for the positiron of 1st level IT support.
Responsabilities:
Your responsabilities will be to answer customer phone calls and provide courteous customer service in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with company´s Procedures, to log inbound falos and emails, prioritizes them and escalated them for resolution to 2 level support. You will monitor various CRM systems and mailboxes to search for customer Inquiries.
Requirements:
Our client doesn´t require any specific work experience but the suitable candidate should have great communication skills, friendly and open personality, ability to build interpersonal relationships, be a team player with orientation to detail and good time management. You should be a commun user of Microsoft Office applications, be multitask and have great analytical and problem solving skills. Required is excellent (native level) French and very good English knowledge.
