For our customer, important international company we are looking for suitable candidate for the position of RECRUITER SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be to search for the candidates from various sources, pre select CVs, screen, interview and evaluate them, define the skills and personality type suitable for the role. You will liaise with staffing managers and internal customers.
As a part of these main duties you will also proactively seek and develop new, innovative candidate resources, promote company’s concept and employee retention plans, proposing new and improving company’s ongoing recruitments efforts.
Requirements:
Our client is looking for a candidate with at least 2 years experience in recruiting agency or internal HR, University degree, excellent French and good English knowledge, strongly motivated with dynamic and outgoing personality, responsible, with great organizational and communication skills and proactive approach. Suitable candidate should be customer orientated, team player, stress resistant and multitask.
