ADVANCED KNOWLEADGE OF ENGLISH AND CZECH LANGUAGE
Due to the further growth, our client international, consultancy company is seeking to recruit a Senior Project manager with minimal 5 years experience from commercial development, as well as advanced knowledge of English and communicative personality, with leadership skills.
Responsibilities will involve:
• Overall management of all construction commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
• Assisting in the expansion of other technical consultancy services
• Negotiations, coordination and management of other consultants, contractors and statutory
authorities.
• Close cooperation with clients.
• Project time planning and controlling
• Involvement in the expansion of services offer by the Project & Development team
• Project financial reporting
• Cost monitoring
Required profile:
• University degree in construction
• Good project development knowledge
• Fluency in English and Czech
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Min. 5 years experience in construction
• Communicative and proactive personality
• Time management and strong organizational skills
