For our client, we are looking for candidates for the following role:
SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER/ARCHITECT – SECURITY (Ref: WEDI)
Responsibilities:
We are currently searching for talented SW Developers and architects to join a newly opened team focusing on IT Security. This particular position is opened for an important, globally used security product. This product provides a proactive approach to security that integrates security information,
event management, application analysis and network-level defence.
We are looking for someone who will be part of our development team and continuously improve software quality and engineering processes. We are largely talking about back-end development and optimisation here. With high quality of development, you will support and enhance our coding standards and design patterns.
We expect a creative developer who can create elegant and robust technical solutions. You will also help to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
We require a senior developer with the following skills:
• Java/J2EE
• Spring
• Hibernate / JPA + SQL understanding (Oracle/MSSQL/DB2/MySQL)
• Web application development
• REST services
• Strong communication skills
• Perforce, Ant, Gradle are advantageous
• Knowledge and experience with Agile development practices are advantageous
• Fluent English language
