Our client, an international cosmetics company, is currently looking to expand its team based in Prague with the position of Financial Controller.
A successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial analyses, reporting of costs and headcounts, and optimising financial results. He or she will also be part of the team working on budgets and forecasts and will closely cooperate with other members of the controlling team on issues such as cost development analyses, yearly product pricing, operational audit etc.
A suitable candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of controlling and/or finance, preferably from an international company. Advanced PC skills (Ms Excel, PowerPoint) and very good level of the English language are essential. Work experience abroad is of advantage. A successful candidate should be an analytical, independent and responsible person with very good communication and time-management skills.
