Our client is one of the main international players in real estate sector on the Czech market. They focus on office and retail leasing, industrial leasing, property valuations, research as well as investment consultancy.
They are seeking to recruit an Industrial Agent.
You will focus on leasing of industrial projects as well as sales of lands in the Czech Republic.
This includes promotion, sales, marketing, cooperation with clients and customer care.
The main responsibility will be:
- Exclusive instructions, regular contact with clients in the Czech Republic.
- Negotiating with industrial potential tenants.
- Leasing or purchasing industrial projects.
- Marketing of industrial projects, preparing press releases and market overviews.
- Building relationship with key/active players on the market
- Together with research team preparing City Profile and Market Overview
- Creating and Implementing agreed marketing strategies
- Identifying new potential tenants
- Searching for new real estate opportunities
- All activities connected with industrial market
- Attending European Industrial Conference Calls
We are looking for:
- Experience in real estate (preferably in Industrial section) or in logistic sector.
- Independence, flexibility, reliability
- Great communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and Czech languages.
- Strong business sense with organisational and time management skills
- Goal oriented, outgoing and self motivating individual with pleasant personality.
- PC skills, drivers license
