COO BRAND PRESIDENT with operational focus AND RETAIL EXPERIENCE Our client, international holdings is the largest independent restaurant operator in Central and Eastern Europe. This company has built portfolio of well recognized power brands. Currently we are searching for regional role covering CEE region. Successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing Sales / Marketing Operations function, while supporting all Business Units in the region. This is a highly visible and complex role, since the candidate will be required to support and work with executives and users across the entire organization. The successful candidate must be a passionate and proactive visionary in driving the business. In addition, the candidate must be a strong leader, well organized, detail-oriented and quality-minded and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities




Builds people capability to support rapid and profitable expansion of the Brand to support further growth
Drive customer mania mindset to achieve excellent customer service
Build brand leadership in the respective business segment
Develop "SMART" brand goals in line with brand strategy , drives goals realization through marketing activities.
Lead and manage a staff of 5 direct reports in regions + indirect support management. Staff responsibilities include tracking business versus individual objectives, maintaining and reporting sales compensation plans, annual and monthly revenue tracking and reporting, ad hoc reporting.
Setting strategic plans for the region
Close cooperation with colleagues in other countries to share success and preparing strategy with focus on further expansion.

Competencies

Bachelor's degree.
Ability to manage projects with multiple tracks as a high-energy leader.
Strong customer orientation!!
Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies.
3-5 years experience managing a retail business
Business analysis experience (including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting) preferred.
A successful track record of working with regional managers and executives at high levels in the organization, as well as staff users.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills.
Experience leading change.
Strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills.
Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused.
Meeting management and group process facilitation skills are required.
