CUSTOMER AND PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST WITH SLOVAK AND HUNGARIAN / ZELU

Our client, international medical company, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to centralized diabetes contact centre. Key responsibility is to provide product related support and assistance to patients and medical professionals in region of Slovakia and Hungary.
Responsibility:
You will be responsible for product oriented support and technical service for customers, processing incoming e-mails and phone calls, providing troubleshooting and resolution associated with device functionality. You will be also solving different kind of issues and situations, capturing product complaints submitted by customers and partly participating in outbound calling for marketing purposes and proactively reaching out patients to review their therapy. Generally you will be in close contact with customers (Diabetes nurses and patients), and the Diabetes sales team and Management.
Requirements:
Suitable candidate should have previous experience in customer service and fluent level of HUNGARIAN with fluent SLOVAK – it is a must for communication with customers. Advanced level of English is necessary for intensive training and internal communication. We are looking for a communicative and enthusiastic person that is a strong team player, has customer and service orientation and desire to communicate with patients (very often in emotional situation) regarding their medical device. Suitable candidate should be also flexible, able to analyze customer needs and be stress resistant and should have good computer skills - MS Office knowledge, SAP is advantage.
