For an international property development group that focuses exclusively on shopping and administrative centres we are looking for a technically oriented professional - Facility Manager and Coordinator. He/she will be in charge of technical operations of a shopping centre, selection and coordination of suppliers (security, cleaning, repairs, etc..) ensuring dates of revisions as well as budget preparation and its monitoring. The Facility Manager and Coordinator will be also responsible for energy consumption of the shopping centre and will be in frequent contact with tenants.
It is an independent position, without direct subordinates.
We expect the The Facility Manager and Coordinator to have a university degree ideally in technical field, good command of English, fluent Czech, min. 5 years experience as a Facility Manager in a shopping centre, office building or industrial properties with modern technologies. The candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
