CREDIT AND FINANCIAL SPECIALIST - URGENT / ZELU

For a new international project of our client (company providing wide range of services), we are looking for suitable candidates for a customer service position of Credit Specialist with German and English.
Responsibilities:
You will be in a close contact with client, client’s customers and internal back office team. You will be responsible for analyzing customer account balances, monitoring credit risk of existing customers and assessing credit risk of new customers, processing transactions, ensuring cash collection activities (direct and indirect), posting payments, gathering and analyzing financial information. You will be communicating directly with client’s customers over the phone or e-mail to solve queries and requests. Furthermore you will be preparing accounts receivable reporting and maintain the database and you will be also participating in forecasting, planning and budgeting activities.
Requirements:
Suitable candidate should have at least high school education and some experience with German environment – studies or experience in the country or work for particular market (ideally administrative or customer service position). Very advanced level of German (native like) and advanced English is required. We are looking for independent, very assertive but customer oriented candidates with strong communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken), candidates that are able to react quickly on various situations and urgent maters, and to work under pressure. Suitable candidate should also be a good team player wiling to help and support others if needed, be reliable and proactive, flexible and adaptable and should have a good PC skills (experience with some additional systems would be advantage). Immediate start preferred.
