TECHNICAL MANAGER
MIXED-USE PROJECT IN BRATISLAVA
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to be responsible for the smooth running of the mixed use project consisting of offices area, retail and residential part.
The Technical Manager will report to the Centre Manager.
The main scope of work:
Selection of suppliers (cleaning, security, maintenance..)
Cooperation with suppliers
Coordination of repairs and revisions
Budget preparation
Cost monitoring
Tenant liaison
Health and safety trainings
Regular reporting
Requirements:
Min. 3 years experience as a Facility/ Maintenance Manager is a MUST
Knowledge of the retail property sector
Demonstrable understanding of market and local knowledge
Presentation, negation, teamwork and report writing skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent English and fluent Slovak / Czech (native speaker)
It skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, CAD)
Experience in the retail / leisure environment
Experience of the tendering and procurement of contracts
