My client is an international manufacturer of exhaust and engineered systems for the automotive sector. It is a global company with many plants across around the world. In their plant in Brandýs nad Labem, they have a centralised IT department which also is responsible for European IT functions.

BUSINESS ANALYST – INFOR LN / EAM (REF: WEDI)
Responsibilities:
You will be part of a centralised international team focussed on the implementation of new projects and functionality in Infor LN ERP systems, or Infor EAM (depending of your specialised experience).
You will use your business analysis expertise to gather technical requirements from business leaders and provide technical specifications and designs to development specialists, driving forward projects and system changes.
You will also be in contact with testing specialists to ensure functionality is correct and according to required quality. Monitor business trends within the company and monitor system effectively; if you are able to find and suggest systems improvements, drive forward these changes also. Your position with be a key role within a new international development centre currently being set up.
We require:
•.University education from an IT background
• Experience working in IT Business Analyst role preferably from an industry background
• Experience with customization/implementation of Infor LN / Infor EAM
• A background with Baan ERP is perfectly applicable here
• Excellent skills in technical requirement collection and preparation
• Experience with working with development and testing departments on projects
• Fluent English language, desire to work with an international team
• Team spirit, team player
