HR Administrator- Spanish & Portuguese

Our client is operating a shared services center in Brno which provides accounting and HR services for more than 20 other companies in many European countries. They are currently opening a position for a candidate who has good knowledge of accounting processes.
The main focus of your job will be to ensure HR administration for defined activities regarding to employment: new entrances, changes, termination of employment. You will enter data about these processes into Oracle HR system and ensure their accuracy for accurate reporting; also you are responsible for entering and maintaining data in different HR database systems. You will prepare weekly, monthly, annual and additional KPI reports (evaluation according to set productivity goals). You will also support various special projects as instructed HRSS Team Leader.
To be the successful candidate you must have an excellent knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese and at least communicative level in English. You have very good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in HR administration or customer service is advantage. You need to have ability to work accurately with attention to detail and accuracy of data.
